Peter Schaffrath is the experienced founder of our firm. He is a specialist lawyer for tax law and has decades of expertise in commercial and corporate law, as well as in national and international contract law.
He was admitted to the bar in Düsseldorf in 1974 and has headed our Dresden office since 1990.
Peter Schaffrath was executive chairman of the Committee on Standards of Lawyer Conduct in Saxony for almost 30 years. He speaks German and English. He is a member of Industrieclub Düsseldorf and has chaired the board of Johannstädter Kulturtreff e. V. for many years.
